We ship worldwide from Sweden within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Exchanges are free worldwide; returns incur a handling fee.

Orders to the U.K. and U.S. are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), with all duties, VAT, and customs fees covered by CQP to ensure smooth delivery with no hidden charges.

Please note: Orders outside the EU (excluding the U.K. and U.S.) may incur local VAT, import duties, or taxes upon arrival, which are levied once the package reaches your country.

You are entitled to return your product within 14 days after having received it. The entire package including shoes, shoe bag, laces and note book must be returned unused and in perfect condition. So please try your shoes very carefully, ideally on a carpeted surface.

We offer FREE EXCHANGES worldwide. In order to make an exchange, follow the instructions on the returns form and make sure you fill it in and include it with your return.

Exchanges: Can only be made for products with the same price.

Returns: If you seek to return your product for a refund, CQP will arrange the return, and part of the cost for shipping & handling will be non-refundable: SEK 200 for Sweden, EUR 30 for European markets, EUR 40 Non-EU European Markets, USD 40 for the US and Canada, USD 50 for remaining markets. CQP will cover return costs for faulty products.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse.

All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. Your card details are not available to anyone from our staff.
