Description

The RACQUET is our unlined icon. Launched in 2015, it was one of the first deconstructed and unlined sneakers. Carefully tweaked over the years, and still among the softest and most comfortable sneakers you can find. The sneaker is crafted using the finest materials, with the soft upper stitched to a supportive sole.

Care Instruction

We recommened that you use a ‘protective spray’ on our shoes. Using a horse hair brush to remove any dirt or debris will keep your shoes clean for everyday use, however, stubborn stains may need treatment with a 'suede shampoo' or a 'leather shampoo'. Using wooden shoe trees will help to absorb moisture and maintain the shape of the shoes as they dry out. Untying your shoelaces and using a shoe horn prevents damage to the heels, counter and top line.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Sweden within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Exchanges are free worldwide; returns incur a handling fee.

Orders to the U.K. and U.S. are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), with all duties, VAT, and customs fees covered by CQP to ensure smooth delivery with no hidden charges.

Please note: Orders outside the EU (excluding the U.K. and U.S.) may incur local VAT, import duties, or taxes upon arrival, which are levied once the package reaches your country.

Return Policy

You are entitled to return your product within 14 days after having received it. The entire package including shoes, shoe bag, laces and note book must be returned unused and in perfect condition. So please try your shoes very carefully, ideally on a carpeted surface.

We offer FREE EXCHANGES worldwide. In order to make an exchange, follow the instructions on the returns form and make sure you fill it in and include it with your return.

Exchanges: Can only be made for products with the same price.

Returns: If you seek to return your product for a refund, CQP will arrange the return, and part of the cost for shipping & handling will be non-refundable: SEK 200 for Sweden, EUR 30 for European markets, EUR 40 Non-EU European Markets, USD 40 for the US and Canada, USD 50 for remaining markets. CQP will cover return costs for faulty products.

The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse.
