Normally your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of the confirmation e-mail (except for on weekends and public holidays). Should extra costs be incurred, or if your order happens to be out of stock or your delivery delayed, you will be notified by e-mail as soon a practically possible.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number in a confirmation e-mail that can be used to track your order. All orders are sent via UPS and will need to be signed for upon arriving to your stated address – thus we recommend you provide an address where you will be able to accept and sign for your package during working hours, as well as a phone number where you can be reached during working hours.
Delivery time within EU is estimated to 2-5 working days. To the rest of the world, delivery time is estimated to 3-5 working days. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country and payable by the receiver.
Delivery cost to locations in Sweden, most of the EU, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, US, Canada, Mexico and the Vatican City, is included in our prices. For deliveries to other destinations, and exceptions to the above, CQP will charge an additional cost for shipping as follows:
Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Turkey: EUR 25
Cyprus, Malta: EUR 25
Gibraltar, Greenland: EUR 20
Iceland: EUR 15
You may also pick your purchase up in our Stockholm store – to do this please choose the shipping alternative “Pickup at CQP Store, Skeppargatan 22” in the check out area. This option is only available in Sweden.
Sales tax of 25% is included in all prices inside the EU. There are no extra charges except those that appear on your list of purchases when you go to the check out.
Orders to countries outside the EU (including the UK) may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. CQP ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
New terms apply due to the UK leaving the European Union
Due to the UK leaving the European Union new terms apply for shipping. Products from CQP are now sold exclusive of Swedish VAT (25%) for UK customers. However, as a customer in the UK you will now be charged domestic VAT prior to receiving your goods. We are benefiting from the EU-UK trade agreement (zero customs duties). This relieves you from any customs or duties. Nonetheless, VAT will still be levied. An administrative fee for handling your order may also be charged by the courier when entering customs, something that CQP can unfortunately not control.
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us we will charge you for the cost of the return delivery. If a customer has more than 2 unclaimed packages they will be barred from shopping at C-QP.com.
If you choose to pay with a credit card there will be no extra charges except the potential fee for delivery. We accept payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Klarna. The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to CQP, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Your card payment is securely handled using the latest security technology available. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. Your card details are not available for anyone from our staff.
We strongly recommend you use our size guide, to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and can avoid returns. We have measured the length and width of the inner soles of our sneakers, and recommend you compare these measures to the inner sole of a similar shoe you already own, or a shoe with a removable inner sole. It is worth an extra few minutes. Note that CQP’s sneakers have a narrow fit compared to more utilitarian sneakers. Also note that our sneakers are made of natural materials that tend to stretch slightly over time – and a shoe that feels slightly tight the first time you use it will likely fit perfectly after being worn a few times.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at C-QP.com you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days. The condition is that the goods will be returned in original condition and that means not being worn or used, other than for trying the size, which we recommend you do on a carpeted surface. The return should include the original packaging and brand labels.
CQP offers free exchanges and will cover the shipping cost for sending the item being exchanged to our warehouse as well as for the new item being sent. Note that it is the customer who is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned in the same condition as when leaving the CQP warehouse.
For returns, CQP will arrange the shipment and part of the shipping & handling cost will be non-refundable (please see below), which is why we strongly recommend you use our size guide. Costs for returns will be covered only if the wrong product has been delivered from CQP. In case of a return the cost that will not be refunded is SEK 200 for Sweden, EUR 30 for European markets, USD 35 for the US and Canada and USD 45 for remaining markets.
If you paid using a credit/debit card the refund will go onto the same card. It can take up to 30 days to receive your refund.
How to Make a Return / Exchange
In order to make a return / exchange, please always email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions and / or to make sure we put aside the the product you wish to exchange for. Follow the instructions on the return form and make sure you fill it in and include it with your return. The returns form will have been enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received it or lost it, please contact us on email@example.com. Clearly mark the package “Returned Goods”.
We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from defects when delivered. Should you receive faulty goods or an incorrect delivery make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery.
